Since the end of 20th Century (around 1980s through 1990s), Meidensha Corporation has been reinforcing the product lineups through the development and commercialization relating to electronics products. At present, our electronics products are actively utilized in various industrial fields of semiconductors and Flat Panel Display (FPD) manufacturing equipment.
This special issue introduces three essential fields of our electronics products: “industrial information devices and communications devices,” “Vacuum Capacitors (VCs),” and “pulse generator.”
