Special Issue of Automobile Test System
Mankind’s Greatest inventions. Automobile is one of them. The automotive technologies went a long way. Now we are facing a new paradigm shift called “CASE:‘Connected, ’ ‘Autonomous, ’ ‘Shared/Service, ’ and ‘Electric’. ” We are expecting various industry-wide developments in this regard. Automotive R & D is getting more advanced and iversified year after year. Its experiment and verification calls for segmentation and specialization to meet the challenges of CASE. As such, it is difficult to achieve good results without automating its processes for higher efficiency.
In this special issue, we show out initiatives to realize such R & D works efficiency especially for automotive testing facilities. For instance, we show our Model Based Design (MBD) system, etc. in support of the automaker’s R & D works.
