We provide assurance on “peace of mind, safety, and stable running on the facility management” to our customers drawing on our long-standing maintenance-technologies. In this connection, we have established overall engineering support systems ranging from introduction of new facilities to the renovation and the disposal. In so doing, we provide the total services to cover the every aspect on the lifecycle of each facility.
This special issue introduces our maintenance service initiatives such as a comprehensive facility evaluation method by taking into account of the negative impacts from the shutdown of each facility or equipment. Among the initiatives, we also introduce facility management systems controlled by the Machine to Machine (M2M) technology. It also uses Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT).
