We have contributed to the progress of water treatment systems through our offerings of our product-level technologies, water treatment system technologies, and contract facility management services. Recently, the business climate for water processing industry became challenging. In Japan, the water utility industry faces decrease in population and needs to reduce Operation and Maintenance (O&M) costs. Further, there are many other challenges like aging facilities, taking measures against flooding, and reduction of carbon footprints. In overseas countries, there are pressing needs to address the issues such as lack of water resources and environmental pollution due to increase in population and sharp expansion of economic activities.
This special edition introduces our activities to realize the better water environment.
