We provide comfortable office environments that provide comfort and convenience for people working there.MEIDEN conduct the tenancy service business mostly at the ThinkPark Tower Building which was opened in October 2007. This is a joint undertaking between
MEIDEN and Tokyo-based the World Trade Center Building, Inc.

Osaki – a highly developing town in Tokyo, Japan. This is one of the Tokyo's seven (7) business zones. ThinkPark was born there as a business complex building realizing a good harmony between the technologyand the greenery.
ThinkPark has a main building - ThinkPark Building (30-story with second floor in the basement). It also comes with ThinkPark Plaza which offers shopping & restaurant space, a office support center. There is a ThinkPark Area which is a multi-purpose outdoor space. ThinkPark also offers a hotel, a fitness club, a medical center. It is nicely surrounded by "ThinkPark Forest" which is shown in front of JR Osaki Station.
